CONNECTING FRESH FISH WITH LOCAL CONSUMERS

Blue Lobster is changing the way fish is bought and sold, by enabling fishermen to cut out the middlemen and sell directly to restaurants and end-consumers via a digital marketplace. Nima Tisdall is co-founder of Blue Lobster and will talk about the concept and challenges they have overcome to establish the concept. Nima graduated in 2019 from Copenhagen Business School. She is a participant in the Obama foundation’s Leaders of Europe program and was one of the Berlingske Top 100 Women in Denmark (2019)

Are you meeting in person? Are masks required? Is dinner included?
Yes, the meeting will be in person, considering all the regulations for COVID-19. According to COVID-19 Policy of venue, we should wear mask all the time, except for dinner time, and during presentation when you are sited. The dinner and one glass of wine are included, and the cost for guest is 225 DKK.
